Creighton Hofeditz grew up in Morrison, Colorado and obtained an B.A. in theater and communication before switching paths with a permaculture design course at the Central Rocky Mountain Permaculture Institute in 2011. He worked with Peter Bane during the editing process of The Permaculture Handbook and has since designed home landscapes, a highway exit, and a farm school curriculum. He was a contributing author on Jerome Osentowski’s book The Forest Garden Greenhouse and served as the intern coordinator at Bullocks’ Permaculture Homestead in Washington State. He’s placed special emphasis on greenhouses, perennial plant propagation, and community education, and has been the lead organizer of the Denver PDC since 2015, and loves the challenge of crafting unique, elegant, well-patterned systems in any environment.

Asia Dorsey writes Afrofutures into existence by reweaving disentangled bodies into the fabric of relationship with the earth. She is an apprenticed, nourishment based bioregional herbalist from the Historic Five Points Community in the Cheyenne Ute and Arapahoe territories. Asia draws from her education at the Permaculture Research Institute of Australia, her nourishing permaculture apprenticeship with Kay Baxter of the Koanga Institute and her studies with Vandana Shiva of Navdanya to discern a practice of a People’s Medicine that is inherently empowering, suffused with ancestral wisdom and highly effective. Grounded in the movement for reparations , healing justice, and her earth-based practice, Asia teaches ecological design as a permaculture instructor with the Regenerative Education Collective of Denver . She uses her talent of pattern recognition to decipher and reintegrate the sacred instructions of plants and ecosystems into people systems as an organizer and organizational consultant with Regenerate Change . To literally ground black bodies in earth sovereignty, Asia co-founded the Satya Yoga Cooperative , the nations first BIPOC owned and operated yoga co-op in the nation where she is innovating in the field of somatic justice. Adam is a Denver-based cultural artist practicing regenerative social design. For over a decade, he has worked to create the conditions for regenerative relationships among individuals, grassroots initiatives, and institutions throughout the country.

As co-founder of food justice nonprofit The GrowHaus, Adam led the transformation of an abandoned half-acre greenhouse into an award-winning hub for healthy food and urban agriculture. While at GrowHaus, Adam co-chaired Denver’s Sustainable Food Policy Council, spoke at TEDxMileHigh, and was named one of “Colorado’s Top Thinkers” by the Denver Post.

A trained permaculture designer since 2008, Adam has led over a dozen Permaculture Design Courses and is a national leader in the field of social permaculture. In 2017, Adam published Change Here Now: Permaculture Strategies for Personal And Community Transformation, a recipe book for social change inspired by the more-than-human world. Since 2019, Adam has served as co-director at Regenerate Change, a national consulting and education group focused on regenerative social design.

Born and raised on the Front Range, Ainslie is firmly rooted in the ecology of the Rocky Mountain West. Her background in the arts, design education, and wilderness exploration propelled her into the study and practice of ecological design as a young adult; she hasn't looked back since. Over the last decade, Ainslie has been an organizer and instructor with various Permaculture Design Courses around the western hemisphere and continues to explore new edges in sharing the design process with others. She is privileged to deepen her understanding of the natural world and urban outdoor environments in her work as a professional landscape architect.

Ainslie is a believer in the healing power of design. From the ways that we build movements and organize community to the physical spaces we inhabit, she hopes to empower us all to create the realities that will serve us best. For her, that looks like moving her body, exploring wild spaces, playing, drawing, speaking from the heart, listening deeply, teaching some folks, and learning from even more. Through her organizing and advocacy work, she is always angling towards the foundational goal of enabling others to feel seen, heard, and comfortable in their Selves.

Among so much richness in the world of earth-based design, her current thrills are water quality planting approaches, ancestral- and indigenous-centered land management practices, and native plants and building materials.
